NAMI Arizona 2017 Annual Meeting

“Collaborative Community Oversight – Arizona Steps Up”

The NAMI Arizona Board of Directors invites you to attend and participate in our 2017 Annual Meeting scheduled for Saturday January 28th, 2017 at the Ability360 Conference Center 5025 E. Washington St. Phoenix, AZ 85034 from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

This year’s event “Collaborative Community Oversight – Arizona Steps Up” recognizes that today’s economic and political reality provide another perfect opportunity to strengthen our intentional partnering.

Arizona is blessed with numerous powerful and dynamic collaborative, coalition, alliance, and like-minded groups determined to promote, support, and grow positively transformative behavioral health, criminal justice, and correctional system outcomes.

So how do we connect them? How do we ensure the right voices are at the right tables and all feel heard? Can we implement systems, practices, and relationships that keep our fingers on the pulse while achieving desired individual and community results?

We politely request your input and participation.

Thanks to your continued strong support of NAMI in Arizona we have strengthened our accomplishment at both State and Affiliate levels forging intentional, nonpartisan partnering with key leadership in federal, state, county, and municipal governments, veteran, police, fire, crisis, individual, family, and communities to educate and advocate for persons and families confronting mental illness.

Through these efforts, we hope to eliminate a few of the gaps in care contributing to the unfortunate and ever evolving cycle of mental illness, homelessness, incarceration, imprisonment, and myriad other high need/high cost expense.

We look forward to your participation at our 2017 Annual Meeting January 28th and continued intentional partnering (perhaps consider one of the Sponsorship opportunities included).

Thank you for all you do for those we serve and for your continued strong support!

Thanks, Jim
